wivinia i weighed both my GH city and MJ stam and the bbag is a little lighter. i have to admit it gets pretty heavy after a while but it's a small price to pay for a beautiful bbag!

It depends of course on which model you choose, but it is not as heavy as Roxannes (that bag should have wheels and a strap to pull!).

Yes, you're right...they are continuing the gold hardware for FW07..

Depends on which country you're in.. For me (from Singapore), Balenciagas are about SGD $500-600 cheaper in Paris after deducting the roughly 12% VAT. But Balenciagas are also cheaper in the States vs Singapore, so I don't know how helpful my comment is

Oh there's a store called Kabuki in Paris that sells Balenciagas 5-10 euro cheaper than in BalParis/Printemps/BonMarche. Definitely authentic. I guess the owner wanted to give the store an "edge" by pricing it slightly SLIGHTLY lower?!
