Just watched it online and loooooved it! I know this is a little old but I do think Erin is slightly jealous of Olivia. I'm glad Joe took a stand employees should never give their bosses an ultimatum

Erin's attitude problem is irritating. And Whitney's fashion show was embarrassing. It was so slap-dash, the clothes that were made just to fill the numbers was just ridiculous, talk about quantity over quality. She's just a name for the brand, the mechanics and the devotion that would be required of a fashion designer were lacking

^ Yes- you could just hear the celebs and fashionistas saying "Let's go to her show- we're guaranteed to get on the TV show!!"

I don't understand why some people hate Olivia that much. I think she's adorable and I just can't believe she's really so bitchy like shown in The City. She's just down-to-earth kind of person not like Whitney who is totally naive. And to be honest, Whitney's collection was hideous. I didn't like it at all.

Olivia and Kelly are definitely my favourites in The City!!

^ I would tend to agree with you...Olivia seems very nice when I've seen her interviewed and all...Whitney bores me to death- like someone I would start dating and, after a weekend away together, I'd be saying to myself "Nice girl, but life is too short..."

Yeah, and we've never heard Olivia gossiping or saying something rude about Whitney. She has really good manners in my opinion. But Whitney has called Olivia b*tch more than once. And I think it's really lame and inappropriate behavior. They are just totally different persons, however, it doesn't give any rights to talk so impolitely about other person.

^ And Olivia's been under fire a lot and had some very hard times with her family and all- it is to her credit that she maintains her composure...
