Star Of 'The Hills' Is Headed To The Jail
(CBS) LOS ANGELES One of the stars of MTV's "The Hills" reality show was sentenced Tuesday to 60 days county jail and 36 months probation after pleading no contest to misdemeanor battery charges stemming from an attack on a Department of Transporation officer and a tow truck operator.
Jason Wahler, 20, who formerly starred on the network's "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County," and a female companion, model Kristen DeLuca, were traveling with a group of friends along Wilshire Boulevard when their vehicle
was blocked by a DOT vehicle and a tow truck attempting to move an illegally parked car.
The couple confronted the officer, who is black, and two tow truck operators -- one of them black, the other Latino -- and began hurling racial epithets at them, according to the City Attorney's Office.
Wahler then punched the officer and the black tow truck operator. DeLuca kicked the same tow truck operator and spit in his face.
Wahler's blood alcohol level was .22 -- nearly three times the legal limit -- at the time of his arrest, according to the City Attorney's office. Wahler was not driving the car.
He is expected to surrender May 4.
DeLuca, who also pleaded no contest to one count of battery, was sentenced to 24 months probation and a suspended 120-day county jail term. If she fails to comply with the terms of probation, she will be required to serve
her jail sentence.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Louis Lavin ordered Wahler to attend 104 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, 36 hours of anger management classes and to stay away from all victims.
DeLuca was also ordered to attend anger management classes and to stay away from all victims, and must complete 15 days of Caltrans work.
They were also ordered to complete a one-day program at the Museum of Tolerance because of the "numerous" racial slurs they uttered during the incident, according to the City Attorney's Office.

Okay it looks like Lauren does have a myspace page but she apparenly never uses it. She hasn't added any friends or comments.

At the beginning of Season Two they mentioned that Audriana changed jobs. She seems to have more fun at Epic anyway.
I agree after seeing the latest episode that Heidi is a major b*tch! She completely ditched her best friend to spend even MORE time with Spencer (the tool!). I didn't really like the guy that Lauren went on a double date with but it looked like she had fun.
Looks like Lauren found a new best friend!

^ Heidi is awful, not only that EVERYTIME she talked with Jen she was like, you should have fun at your birthday , don't care about Lauren, you should have fun. Like Jen was thinking about it and heidi was pushing her to do it.

i read the funniest thing yesterday. I think it was on E Online or something. They talked to Jen and she says that Lauren still doesn't talk to her!

The Hills have eyes. And apparently, many of those eyes belong to you, because your emails have been pouring in, demanding to know the latest on the Lauren-Heidi-Jenn situation.
For those of you who really haven't been keeping up on MTV's guiltiest pleasure, here's what happened this week: Jenn Bunney kinda hooked up with her lifelong friend Lauren's on-again, off-again man, Brody Jenner. But here's the thing, Jenn's rendezvous with Mr. Jenner was encouraged by Lauren's "best friend," Heidi Montag, although she later told Lauren she had nothing to do with it.
In short, Lauren seems to have sided with Heidi, not to mention Brody Jenner, while Jenn has been given the boot. I tracked Jenn down to get her side of the story, and she insists there's a lot we didn't see. "[The episode] was edited for dramatic purposes. Ridiculously. I'm very upset, because it's just so far from what I felt happened," she tells me.
Lauren ain't having any of it, says Jenn. "She won't listen to me," Jenn says. "She won't believe anything I have to say. And I just think it's unfair. I wish I had talked things out with her immediately [after they happened], because she wasn't actually mad at first, but then Brody and them all got to her. They [escalated] the drama, because they wanted more drama on the show. And it's like, okay, you're going to believe Brody, who you've known for a few months, but you're not going to believe me, and you've known me for over 10 years."
In Jenn's defense, there apparently were a couple of scenes deleted where she seemed quite concerned that Lauren would be upset with the pairing. She even phoned Lauren from Brody's apartment, to ask her permission. But to this day, according to Jenn, Lauren refuses to speak to her.
Jenn may have a chance to redeem herself, since MTV has promised she'll get a chance to say her peace before the season ends. Hopefully, for Jenn, that episode will come sooner than later, since she's having a hard time dealing with all the hate mail she's receiving. "I think it's unfair people would [judge me] based on what they saw on TV."

I just started watching season two of The Hills this week because I've been in bed with the flu, and last night I watched all of season one! I think I'm a little obsessed now... I want to move to LA to pursue a career in the film industry, so I love seeing what LA is like for a young 20-something, however fake and unrealistic The Hills shows it as.

After catching up on The Hills (I missed the episode in which Heidi basically set up Brody with Jen) i am so through with Heidi. I really do think that Spencer has brainwashed her, everything that she does negative, is a result of something he has told her to do. I just dont understand how she could be so shady towards Lauren.
