I knew this season would touch a lot on how heidi and lauren arent friends, but honestly its all its about so far. It's a bunch of 16 yr olds talking behind each others backs. Spencer needs to get over Lauren already. How old is Brody ,24, im pretty sure he can hang out with whoever he wants!

I remember reading an interview after 2nd season with heidi's mom and she said the same thing her dad did about her losing touch with friends when she has a boyfriend. its probably not something new, but if and when the realationship ends she is not going to have many people to turn to.

I made a prediction that there will be some sort of closure between heidi and lauren by the end of this season. and judging from the recent pics with jenn she is getting closure with her, maybe thats the first step? whatever happens i hope that they just move on from each other. its hard to do but you learn a lot about yourself after losing a best friend.(i've unfortunately been there.)

one last thing, is it just me or does this season seem more edited and scripted than the first two?

If I was a part of that little crowd I'd love to chill with Lauren, Lo, and Spencer.

Audrina kind of freaks me out because she seems so "numb". No thats not a typo I didn't mean dumb. She just seems like she doesn't feel anything and doesn't learn from her mistakes. She always has the exact same expression on her face.

Whitney doesn't do it for me. Sure she is cute but she really does seem ditzy to me. I'd rather befriend Lauren because she says what she feels, gives her opinion, and is honestly THERE for her friends!

And seriously, who wouldn't love to hang out with Brody?


I don't think that this season seems more scripted. I think that everything just seems more real. Its kind of their real feelings. It doesn't matter if they are being told what to talk about or whatever, it seems like they are sharing their true feelings. I felt bad for Audrina when she started crying over Justin-Bobby.

Also, I really hope that Lauren and Heidi and Jenn don't become friend again. I think she deserves so much better than those two as friends. Both have gone behind her back and totally dissed her. C'mon man, she spread sex tape rumors and then blaming other people for it? Not someone I'd like to call my friend.

I know, you're right on both points. Heidi's loss especially. It would make me so sad to lose a friend like Lauren (then again, I never would because I am nothing like Heidi!)

its really weird cause all those paparazzi photos that we saw of LC and Audrina and Lo at the beach were at brodys party..so when did the paparazzi take their photos..im sure they had breaks in filming which is weird..


and Im really getting tired of audrina..there is something about her that i just dont trust..

i think that's what we don't realize -- they are SURROUNDED by paparazzi most of time...mtv just does a great job of editting. they come across on the show as just california kids, but in reality there are people constantly coming up to them. i think that's a large part of what we don't understand when they say that spencer and heidi "let hollywood get to them." also, as much as audrina seems, to me, like THE MOST BORINGGGGG PERSON EVERRRR, you have to consider her not being too comfortable with the cameras around (especially when she is just beginning a new relationship).

also, brody bothers me...but i think i'm the only one who feels that way. i always thought that lauren let him off VERY easy for the jen bunney fiasco. but, once again, what we see may not be what actually happened. tricky mtv.

I agree, it does.

I loooooved this episode. Spencer meeting Heidi's parents was kinda boring, but the rest was good. Brody was a little obnoxious getting mad at Lauren for laughing at his arm. But whatever I love Brody! I would love for Heidi and Lauren to become friends again because that would mean either a) Heidi left Spencer and is cool again or b) Spencer turned into a completely different and nice person.

Jen is so annoying. She tries so hard. I don't want her to come back.

I think he seriously creeped out Heidi's mom!

In the commercials before the show aired, they played a clip of Spencer saying (in that ultra creepy voice), "I want Heidi all to myself!" I was hoping that he really said that because it would have been hysterical, but he was just mocking Lauren, of course.

The dinner was boriiiiiiing,that's all.There's no need to comment about that.Nothing new came out of this family dinner.I simply hate how Spencer tried to imitate Lauren.......Heidi's mom looked like she was thinkin' "where the hell did you find this guy Heidi ".

I also tought that Heidi was extremely rude with her mom.I would get a slap in the face if I was talking like she did.She could care less how old I am.
She didn't even let her mom finish her sentences.

Oh, how many of you felt so bad for Heidi when her parents tag teamed Heidi and Spencer about Lauren and "all her eggs in one basket". Her step father made it really seem as if Heidi did that all the time. Focused only on the boyfriend instead of friends but I never saw that with Heid's exboyfriend from the Hills....Jordan I think?!

Simply because Jordan was friend with Jasoon,who was Lauren's boyfriend.So they were spending a lot of time together.She's wasn't gone all the time like she is since she's with Spencer.

Anyway,I was glad to see that Lo and Sexicano were a part of this episode.I just loved to see them.Brody's arm injury was hilarious
