I don't feel sorry for Heidi at all. Lauren's family took Heidi into their home for the summer before they moved to LA. Lauren paid for all Heidi's furniture when they moved to LA. In return Heidi nearly got Lauren fired from Teen Vogue by crashing her job, hooked up Lauren's best friend with a guy LAuren was dating, and abandoned her friendship with Lauren for Spencer. Now Heidi goes on a media rampage calling Lauren a "lowlife" and sits by while her boyfriend trashes Lauren and her father in the media. Spencer pretty much admitted to spreading the sex tape rumor when he offered to take a lie detector test to prove it was true. Heidi is not stupid , she had to know about it. The scene with Lauren yelling at her at the club was taped well after Heidi talked about the sex tape rumor in the media so she knew why Lauren was mad but was faking innocence for the camera. She and spencer have been captilizing on the feud more than anyone. Lauren is right not to trust her. Heidi is a pathologcial liar and an opportunist.

Everything I said is verified by Lauren herself in interviews or with my own eyes from watching the shows.

Heidi stayed with the Conrads the summer before she and Lauren went to LA. This is verified from Lauren herself and there were pics of Heidi with LAuren and family that summer.

Lauren paid for Heidi's furninture in their apartment. This was mentioned in a profile of Heidi and Lauren's apartment in one of the weekly magazines.

Heidi did set Lauren's friend Jenn up with Brody and lied to Lauren's face about it. Lauren was obviously hurt and she stopped hanging out with Jenn who used to be with her in all her photos. Heidi's own mom confirmed that Heidi drops all her friends when she gets a boyfriend. That's pretty much what we saw happen with SPencer. Heidi did call Lauren a "lowlife" in a recent radio and she and Spencer have been trashing Lauren in the press for the past month.

The show is staged- the scenarios are, I mean they do some scene over & over again to get them right its scripted. I do like Lauren over Heidi (which is weird as I hate all reality tv 'stars' with a passion usually). I'm sure some things do happen but we don't really know what things their publicists are saying in order to get better ratings/ magazine interviews etc.
