Its only been 10 minutes into the first episode and i already cant stand Heidi's bf.

I missed the first season of the Hills because I was living in Asia so my friends will mail them to me. I could foward through Spencers part. I was depressed because I have a projector and I hooked it up to my tv and the screen was like 40 feet wide, Spencer's head just totally ruined it for me. From now on I'm going to watch on a regular screen tele or after I've tivoed it so I can forward through Spencer's part.

He's not very attractive.

I think it's interesting because it's stuff with Teen Vogue, and even though there's drama... it's more real life stuff. Whereas Laguna Beach was just like complete crap, haha. I don't really watch the Hills anymore though, I don't have time.

I just watched the episode tonight. I know that there is a ton of editing, but I couldn't believe what Lisa Love said to Lauren about Jason and always being the girl who turned down Paris. Ouch! That whole Heidi/Audrina thing seems a bit contrived to me. Still...I am going to continue to watch because I eat it all up!

Wow, when that editor was going on about Paris in front of Lauren? I felt so bad for her-kind of. My dad saw the last (and his only-as he puts it) episode from season one, and was aghast when he saw she turned down Paris. As he was walking past my room, he looked at my t.v. while I was watching and actually said, "Isin't that the MTV girl who turned down Paris for her boyfriend?" My jaw dropped!!
She looked like she was going to cry. That must have been so akward..

I am so OVER Heidi and Audrina. MTV always showcases their young women as brainless and sl*tty (Laguna Beach, last season of The Hills, 8th and Ocean), and this season of The Hills is no exception. I mean, why is Heidi so mad with Audrina? Granted, she came to the club with Heidi's HOOKUP partner, but HELLO, he is playing both of them. He lied to Heidi about 90 times (LOL) within the half hour of the season premiere, and it is he who is pitting them against each other.

I agree that LC was a fool for passing up the Paris internship, but the editor did not have to shove it into her face the way she did.

i agree that Lisa Love did not have to rub it in, but she probably wanted Lauren to realize what a wonderful opportunity she missed just so she could stay with her boyfriend at their new apt for the summer. i'm sure bosses can be like that in the real world everywhere-heartless and "i told you so" attitude.
i mean, c'mon, paris vs. boyfriend?!!!! time would've told if she and j wahl were really meant to be if she went to paris anyway...lesson learned, she will always be known as "the girl who didn't choose paris".....

EXACTLY. 3 months is NOT a long time, and if one doesnt think a relationship can survive that, you might as well leave anyway. But I guess at that age 3 months seems like FORVER. loll

^ I don't think it was that Vuitton turned her down, they just rejected the idea of doing an internship with the show altogether. There was an article posted here somewhere.

i laughed when Lisa Love said that to Lauren. I thought she kind of deserved it! So many girls would have died to be in her place and get the choice to go to Paris for Teen Vogue. What an idiot she is!

Ok so I watched the 1rst episode and I loved it.......Whitney and Lauren are just so cute.I'm so happy to see them back.
I was so happy that Lauren finally broke up with Jason,I mean the guy was nothing more than troubles so I think that it's much much better for Lauren to stay away from him.

I loved that new car (I wonder who paid for it though ) and I'm happy to see Jen too....and that Spencer guy,what a jerk and he's not attractive at all.I also think that there's a HUGE missanderstanding between Heidi and Audrina (who would actually make a great couple with Spencer ... cause they both have the same extra-white teeth),I'm sure they deal with that in the next episodes.

Anyway I can't wait to see what will happen next
