they are selling skinny pants everywhere especially black ones, cause that's the thing now for this winter, I'm surprised that you haven't find any...
I think if you go to H&M you can even find those there...

We don't have an H&M near me, and I don't think you can buy from them online.

I've looked everywhere online - Neimans, shopbop, Saks, etc. They have a couple on Net-a-porter but I was hoping to find some for less than $650.

I'm looking for skinny black pants as well. My current hope is Balenciaga on sale . I've never tried Stella's pants, but if you shop on Yoox, pay attention to the actual sizing on tag because Yoox claims that french 34 is US 4, which is so wrong .

No it doens't matter. the YSL heels are cool, but I am afraid that it's too high for me. I am basically looking for "high impact" shoes to lighten up the entire outfit

No problem This is the best red shoe I've seen this season... Georgio Armani at Bergdorf Goodman (sizes are now limited though ). Falls slightly below your height requirement and isn't exactly a pump, but it may be worth a look. Enjoy
