Perfect cut Blazer

I'm trying to find a white blazer with little shoulder pad's and popped top part to wear over a Dolce and Gabbana undone shirt, silver necklace, nice pair of fitted jeans (mabey Diesel) and YSL tan suede boots. Any idea's? I'v attached a picture of Jesse McCartney with a similar cut blazer.
