Helena i like looking at...

Helena (or Rachel Shelley, to be more exact) is possibly one of the most amazingly gorgeous woman I have ever seen. Everytime she is on screen I can't take my eyes of of her! Can you tell she's my favorite?

I haven't seen S4 yet becaue I don't get Shotime, but can someone please answer me two questions:

1) What is Helena's storyline in S4, and what does she go through? How does the character evolve?
2) What role does Annabella Sciorra play? I've always liked her.

I don't think Rachel Shelley is hot because she's not gay. Helena on the other hand...B)

Helena's storyline...if you don't want to be spoiled then stop reading now...

Her mom totally cuts her off financially and she is left to fend for herself. She moves in with Alice and then gets entangled with a woman who engages in high stakes gambling. Of course one of the major episodes involves a game of strip poker.

I think Rachel Shelley is sweet, but I've read a few interviews of hers, and she seemed far too...uncertain. About everything! I can't find her attractive after that interview, I just want to finish her sentences for her.

doesn't annabella play the love interest of tina towards the end? she's a screenwriter or something? i can't exactly remember. tina likes her towards the end.

yeah and Tina says these things to Bette on the phone that I think Annabella's character may totally misinterpret, although it is really up for interpretation if Tina means what she says.

^ yeah. and annabella says she won't be available for long. so tina better snatch her up before she is gone.

Bette's pretty but Annabella's character has more flavor.

really? you think so. hmm. i didn't really like annabella's character. maybe i'm just more loyal to bette since she's been around a lot longer on the show. i guess i'll just have to see how her character grows in season 5. she is still going to be around in season 5, eh?

^i guess so. i don't like the character, either.
neither do i like Bette, but i want her and Tina get back together. they were/are just meant for each other.

i felt that way for a bit -- wanting them to get back together. but i think the artist challenges bette a lot more. she needs that push. tina just lets her run all over her.

bette and tina will be back together. it's inevitable.

annabella's character should hook up with marlee matlin's character. B)

I think Tina and Bette are meant to be, but they both need to grow the hell up! Bette is too controlling, Tina is a push-over. Once they become more compatible for each other, then they should be together again.

I think Bette can only exert so much effort trying to be someone else. She's not soft and meek, and imo she won't be able to play that relationship role long. I love Bette! I don't particularly love Tina...but they will get back together I think. I hope Tina has a fling with Annabella though.

Tina is probably my least favorite character on the show. But I think she and Bette will get back together because the writers make a point of showing them finishing each others' sentences and being there for each other even after the whole kidnapping the baby drama. Plus when Tina does find other interests they are Bette lookalikes. They might even want to restore the only "family" on the show that shows that gays too can have family values.

I think so. Season 4 came out last January I believe. My plan is to turn on my cable and purchase showtime for season 5, and then turn it back off and cancel when it's over. Gotta see it
