^ooh, that is a really pretty combo! i've never used the Mineralize Eyeshadow... does it apply nicely? is there a lot of glitter? sorry for all the questions - i just really love the Mineralize Skinfinishes (and sometimes use them as shadow) so i'm guessing i would love these.
ummm, it wasnt too glittery, it is more shimmer/lusture prone. the colour is beatiful, but the eyeshadow they give me its unbalanced (the light part is more then the darker part)!!! like the lady give me a try, and she used a brush, so it does goes on evenly
ah, thanks for the answers! i'll definitely have to get some of those. shimmer/lustre sounds perfect. the one that's purple+red is tempting me, although i know the others would be much more practical!
I wanted to chime in about those mineralize e/s. They are amazing yea? I just have the silversmith one (blue/silver). But I really also like the sweet sienna (although I already have a lot of e/s in that neutral, shimmer brown color family so I'm trying not to buy it) and the red/purple. I don't know if it's been mentioned, but you can use them wet or dry. Wet is more like liquid metalli look and dry is more like the dense but softer shimmer. So that mean you get six colors for each pot you buy! The left color, right colo, mixed, and the same three wet. I tried it and you can tell the the difference in the 6 colors but of course they all go together. Also I like how the pigment is denser than normal MAC e/s. I think I may have to buy more colors since it's a LE. The red/purple mixed looks like a beautiful shimmery iery fuschia!
And that lipstick, I forgot before but it's called herfancy. love! There are so many good colors right now.
^ anitiquitease (spell?) comes out individual (like blue storm and smoke signal) already, as a part of holiday collection (the real holiday set doesnt come out yet).
I bought 3 of the eye shadow holiday kits (warm, metallic, cool eyes) and 1 lip (pink lips) kit. Im waitng for the glitter pencils to come out and thats all im getting from them for awhile.
how do you use the paint pots? I got one yesterday, but am unsure of its uses..someone help?
^The Paint Pots are basically creme eyeshadows. They make a great base for powder eyeshadow. They're supposed to be easier to blend than the regular paints. I have Rubenesque, and Pharoah and Otherworldly from McQueen, but I'm hoping to get more.
yesterday i picked up some more concealer, black Plushlash (not sure what my verdict is yet on this item), and the Mi'Lady Mineralize shadow (the true red and purple) from the Antiquitease collection. the shadow is beautiful, not super practical, but so unique that i just couldn't resist!
