PradaP - those white lines usually happen when you are reapplying the lipglass without wiping off what was left on from the last application. If your lips still feel sticky but the color is gone, get rid of the stickyness first, then reapply.

Good luck.

Kristin
I have the same problem, thanks for the tip!

Cool! I'm going to try the russian red colour next time I'm at the MAC counter. I've never tried lipglass before.

I used to have a similar problem with my lipgloss. I'd get gunk in the corners of my mouth or in would form a gross residue on my lips. :yuk: I just realised that I was putting too much on so now I just dab a bit on the centre of my bottom lip (don't need a mirror that way either) and then smoosh. Some brands are worse than other for doing that. I really liked NYC lipgloss but it started to leave a residue that would peel off so I had to throw it out.

i adore every single color from the collection. so spring-y. :P
the ccb's are HAWT?! & the shadows are yummy. parrot is the most gorgeous color everr. BUT it's actually a re-release of kicky blue from the liza pm quad. guacamole is nice too.
& tortilla tan lipstick is nice
the lip lacquers are good too. poco pink is cute.
shadesticks are FAB?! mangomix is the most delicious color. i want to eat it. so vibrant. & royal hue is just :woot:
only thing is they can be a pain to blend.
:woot: :buzz:

can you tell i LOVE makeup?

Those chunky pencils suck though...you have to press really hard to get true colour, and they crease and look :yuk: ... too bad, the colours are gorgeous, esp. Parrot

recommend it !!
Sorry for going off topic, but just had to tell u guys

the salsabelle "look" totally reminds me of the makeup at dior couture fall 2003  ...even the latin theme

i have the zazoom mac lipglass, its the best lipgloss i have ever had, it stays on for hours with great shine, it looks fabulous, its pink with glitter in it, a lil like the wild girl one, not quite as bright though .

I'm very lucky as there is a Mac shop in nottingham :) its great  .

Lancome Rouge in Sweet Nectar. Perfect for spring lipstick. I can layer it however I want and change the look. Just a little bit of sparkle and it stays on really well.

Im really not into lip gloss anymore...too sticky and my hair gets caught in it on a windy day

Hehehe

The worst is when your sipping at your cocktail and you appear to be stuck to the glass  .

i love lipgloss, and glassy-looking lacquered lips...sometimes. i just have to be in the mood for it. as of late, i'm all about matte or satin-finish lipstick though...
