I like Chance's cover quite a bit, just because it feels so vibrant in comparison to GQ US' usual covers. Add to that, the hands-on-hips pose is feels quite original for a men's magazine, and he looks genuinely happy.

I don't care for The Weeknd's cover, though.

Wow, they're not styled in suits! That's commendable. I agree with King, the yellow cover is better and will appeal to many young guys, BUT that poor guy doesn't have a face for caps.

Cannot find anything redeeming about the second cover, and it starts with the person on it.

I'm not sure if this is a reprint, but Naomi has an editorial in the Feb issue of German GQ. I was going to make a thread for it because it has tons of other editorials, but i'll just post it here.

I got a US GQ mailer this morning with a preview of Pedro Almodovar's editorial (which he shot for the magazine). It's really bad though, like a D&G campaign - corny, cliched and tacky to the max.

Esquire US March: James Corden

That retro (and awful) logo is 'the new design'

Interesting how Ed Sheeran's mouth/lips looks exactly the same in every shot! Also, this cover looks more autumn than spring. A miss for me.

The James Corden cover should work because he's naturally funny, of course. But it doesn't because he got the Adele treatment. Love the styling, but I'd have liked them to undo the top button of his shirt. It looks like he's got no neck.

I picked up UK Esquire March with Keanu Reeves. The highlight of the issue is the written content, mainly Keanu's interview. There's a shot of the new Prada sandals which looks an awful lot like Tevas to me (my summer must-have!), and a long collections edit where everything looks so pedestrian due to the styling and modelling.
