It's because he's been shot from above, I imagine in an attempt to make him look trimmer. Which is stupid. He's who he is and he's very successful exactly the way he is, so just represent him that way.

GQ's cover editorials bore me to tears. We'll put XXX in 4 suits from brand's who advertise. Has to be suits, at all times.

Agreed! It's not even Faena's style, which makes it more weird. It could have been such a powerful statement, especially for the men's market, if they just went with his true frame.
