After watching the last ep on youtube, I do think Rachel deserves credit for keeping her cool and being a good boss. She really got Taylor and Brad to work it out in an effective way but the whole Oscar prep is SO over the top. I mean seriously, they are not curing cancer. They just need to take a steip back a breathe, I think Taylor definitely redeemed herself at the end because she was crazy the whole ep.

And what the hell does Joey do except sit around the damn house?! He had some nerve getting pissed cause he had to run over to Cameron's house...

100% agreed on everything you said!

I was indifferent about Rachel prior to watching this show, but after going through every episode I was impressed with what a good, level-headed boss she was (My goodness, how can a superior deal with an assistant like Taylor? ). Overall a very entertaining season!

I just finished watching the entire season and I never thought I'd say this but Rachel won me over.

I loved all the drama, too especially since it wasn't exactly Rachel being the drama queen most of the times.

This Taylor girl is just unbelievable I'd fire someone with an attitude like that right away
