yeah plaid is really getting so huge now... everywhere.. i like it though.. definately grunge is here again.. but more "cleaner" look than back in the 90s. im going to see white rose movement next saturday. im gonna try to bring my camera and take pics of the finnish scenesters.

I was gonna go there too, but - HELLO - 20 euros. What a ripoff. Kuningasklubi is great for hipster sightings though.

yeah its expensive. but ive seen wrm live and they are amazing!!!! so worh the 20 euros imo. and then again, i have paid somewhat similar sum to see some scandinavian bands.. and these fellas come all the way from uk to finland , i think its something!

I think I would avoid anything "with a touch of Nazi Germany"!! I don't think adding "clown" and "nazi" together is going to be a hot look. Then again almost all the trends these days are gross. Clunky tan shoes with laces? Plaid? Why would people bring those back... sigh...

Wow, a touch of Nazi Germany, since of course a clown outfit isn't creepy enough. But really you would think that you would want to avoid anything that makes you look like a nazi or a clown... especially both whatever.

Where the hell did he get Veuve Clicquot from? That's not a very "scene" drink...Damn, now I can never drink it again...On to Perrier Jouet

c'mone it's ok... it's just Veuve Cliquot, it's not Dom Perignon... Veuve Cliquot is pretty good... but it's def. not the best bottle of champagne.
i wonder how much is it for americans??!! i know some americans that are always making a deal of drinking this champagne... and the worst is when you say them "chardonnay"... this is one of the worst white wine i've ever drink and they are like fantasy on this... eeww! even some of their Californian white wine is better... i guess this is because it comes from France.

anywya... all those kids are looking the same... and i'm def. getting bored.
eventhough i'm oD-ed with London scene kids... I can tell those are trying (too much maybe) to get away for the mass. i'm not really into it... but i can apllaude their efforts.

Oh agreed, but I doubt he meant the idealism and/or the nazi movement. I guess he was referring to the military look and the strict, clean look of the era. Which he obviously is the opposite of, if you look at his picture.
