I used to be a little scene kid. Good thing I grew out if it I look back and I'm like yuk.

i thought this look was the coolest thing since sliced bread when i was about thirteen. i'd never be able to pull it off, i think i was just fascinated by their confidence. but i find them so fake now. they all pull off this compulsory personality that you have to be as obnoxious as possible to stand out with their tehs and hardxcores. -.-

imo audrey kitching looks reeealllyy bad, 9 of 10 things she wears are very unflattering, and her hair looks gross most of the time. I remember she had blonde and brown/black hair once, that looked much better.

Just there, thats the most depressing part of all of it. It's nothing to do with music, it's just self obsession to the point of ridiculous, with an attitude based on nothing. When I was younger, I was obsessed with music, and through that I would get involved in political stuff, like the anti nazi league, the way I dressed was also influenced by music. This 'scene' thing is so so so vacuous, it makes me want to vomit.

They have been all over myspace, probably since it's inception, and now with the advent of facebook and twitter I'm sure they are on those too. As other people have said they normally have names like "Becky Bite" and "Miranda Murder". Some are obsessed with Jeffree Star.

(then they "split" cause supposedly friends with money are cooler for some... but who really does know & care 'bout the real reasons???)

Zui was the real deal to me! I personally think she started more like a joke or something... then it develop into a trendy thing she could keep laughing about it... LOL Zui rules!!

Zui is my favorite also. She's hysterical, not just in the manner where she's having a laugh on everyone (while looking somehow great). She's just a crack-up. Audrey's beautiful, also, but seems more uptight between the two. I'd love to party with Zui.

^Totally Zui was with that look ages ago... and when she make that trashy life the other was like laughing while she was the one who had something to say... Zui is fun, ironic,...the other girl is more into alt fashion i think...
Different goals, different lives... i think zui tried to make a trash version of the real life... but with other kind of girls i think i would have worked on tv pretty well... Cause she's so funny
I like Zui lots more... also cause i knew her before and i can read her blog at sg (also being a sg) and shes so authentic!

Now if the scene style looked more like that, I'd probably like it more.

Looks like a retro pin-up look but brought up to date with a modern and unique flare.

I'm loving the teal hair with the pink lipstick.
