They all go for the "slightly rebel" image, but really they're all really sweet.

They've all got (esp Fab, Jules, Nikolai and Nick) the SWEETEST smile ever. I like Jules' sweet smiling face in the Someday video (I have like the whole DVD with their videos.... Hehe lucky me!).

So... pretty much all of them then. Kimkhuu, where did you get these pictures because I, oddly enough, haven't seen most of them? Plus, would you be so kind as to tell me where you got the Albert quote from? Lunabella, I think Nikolai is just quiet. If you watch In Transit, you can see he's as in the band as the rest of them. He and Julian are best friends. I think he's just less physically affectionate, and, as I said before, he's more quiet and subdued. In "In Transit" you can see him hanging on both Julian and Albert. I think he just feels more self-conscious and nervous in front of cameras, both for TV and for photo shoots. In "In Transit", which is basically a collection of their home movies from their first European tour in 2001, he's much more relaxed and you can tell he's on the same level as the rest of the guys. Plus, he's really quite funny. Sorry, I pathetically felt I needed to defend Nikolai there. Back me up on on this, opranoodlemantra because you know what I'm talking about.

lacoste still makes v necks. the alligator is almost always small now, however, thats how you can tell old vs new.
jules' lacoste appears to be oatmeal or yellow or beige. his alligato6r appears larger although i cant see it perfectly so that appears to be an 80s or 90s lacoste.
I have a huge lacoste collection particularly jumpers & cardigans, 75% are from 60s-80s.
the rarest lacostes are with a BLUE alligator. that marks them as 1960s or early 70s. several of my cardigans have blue alligators [actually its a crocodile but everybopdy says alligator].
lacoste made the green crocodile the standard circa mid-late 80s.
look for blue crocodiles, thats for the true vintage lacoste collector.

yes, the girl makes sense. Nikolai probably is just somewhat shy, but he's also funny and likes to undo Albert's pants, which is always nice.

I found the pics plus the quote while looking up for images of Julian Casablancas on Yahoo Images, I am now looking out again (out of thousands and thousands of pics....) to find back the link to the pics plus the quote.
