I tried on this jacket at Atelier, very nice jacket but it was wayyy too small for me, i couldn't even put it on as the sleeves were too small! 
Apparently the largest size is like one size up from that (I think it was a 48, can't remember exactly) so I guess this jacket is out of my league. I'm also disheartened to hear some cool Japanese brands such as Lad Musician don't make any more than a 46.
