I am completely repulsed. I don't care if she is getting help now. I don't care that she is working at a grocery store and is donating the money to charity. I don't care that she is publicly apologizing for what she did and that she is admitting that she has a problem. I don't care if she wants to be the next Mother Theresa or if she saves all the cute little bunnies and ponies in the world. I want her freckled butt to be thrown in the slammer, so she finally gets what she deserves and pays her dues just like any other American citizen would be sentenced to do.

It's so weird... I like Nicole and so, but i have to agree with you, lady_B, this American justice really looks like a joke....


If someone is caught here in Latvia while driving under influence, first of all, on the spot they bring you to the local police station, and you have to spend in the isolater till 15 days. Secondly, you're loosing your driving licence for 2 years, and thirdly, you have to pay a pretty big penalty.

You can't get a lesson if you're spending just 4 days in jail, and then everything's the same. Weird..

btw...that's cool you are from Latvia, Madara. I live in the US, but am half Latvian and I still have family there. I went there once, it's very nice. You don't meet too many Latvians around here...

I think we shouldnt blame Paris for partying and having fun, she made a mistake but she has been punished. She's young guys ! What would you do ? Keep yourself locked at home for the rest of your life ?

Big news..Huge..Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have apparently set a wedding date! And it’s only two weeks away! TMZ is reporting that the parents-to-be will be marred in Laguna Beach on October 13th. A small O.C. based wedding planning company, The Wedding Fairy, has been hired to coordinate the festivities.
