here's my entry...

It's inspired by the detectives, like Sherlock Holmes, Jane Marple, Tommy & Tuppence. I was even looking at Button Moon!

It now kind of looks like a folk costume :lol:

Lovely Designs...Ill judge in 1 hour unless anyone has something to post...;)

 THE ANGLOMANIA REVIEWS
Dior Couture 1245: Love it! Very Balenciaga style, and the red coat and the boots, I love the illustration too!

Leeyone: Very cute and I love the crown! The red jacket is gorgeous too, you have some nice details and i like the stripey pants!

Charlybabez: Very punk, pretty awsome! Skinny jeans for some reason make me think of england, and the leather jacket seems very english!

Marvystone: I like the pattern, gorgeous! And I love the crest you designed, and I learnt a bit of latin from it, Love the shoes and hairband too!

tiamaria: Very cute, I love the knee socks, you can never go wrong with them, and the pink stripes are very cute, and very boarding school!

muxu
: Lovely as always, yours are always very imaginative(sp?) The jacket is very exclusive, and I like how your striped pants fade towards the bottom!

EdanChrysler: This is a nice colour for a start, and you can never go wrong with tweed, very british and the hats awsome too!

aquarius21
: I love this one, very British...yet it didnt cross my mind! I like your design and illustration, the blue on the dress is cute too...very Dolce&Gabbana FW06!

Khoipond
: I love the neck, very middle age chic, if thats how to say it, and your prada bag is cute too. I think the jacket is the best on this...I love it!

gius: Hehe, I love this...so cute, you have a great way of transferring thought to paper. I love the colours and a busy sheet is always best! The hats are cute too!

WINNER COMING UP NEXT

Awww, thanks JR :woot: !! And thank you to gius for the kind comment . And thanks to Khoipond too ^_^!! And congrats to everyone else too :flower:.

Okay, I gotta think of a theme now..... Will get back to you all on that by tonight :).

Okay, this is not by best collage but here goes..... The next theme is:

Fairy tales..... The collage is just to give you a few ideas on where to start. I know it just shows Disney fairy tale characters but your design can be inspired by any fairy tale that you know of and can be for either male or female. If you could also specify what was the inspiration behind your design and what materials would be used if it were to be made, that'd be lovely. And I'll try to put in an entry too because I've already got an idea in mind.....

Enjoy :).

Ooh fairy tales! Excellent! Fairy tales are a fertile ground for the imagination ... great theme! I'll get to work on it if I've got time!

Here's mine-

SNOW WHITE:
Well, I've always thought that Snow White looked her best when wearing a loose, almost nightgown-ish dress with long, heavy locks of hair. So, to make that look more modern and sexy, I made the dress completely sheer, made from something gauzy, light, airy, but a bit rough, nothing with a sheen or shine to it. An almost cheesecloth like material. Also, because Snow White is so naive, I wanted to add some girlish accents like a button down in the front as well as the illusion of pockets.

i really like your design too, gius XD..it's very adorable

dior_couture, I can't give you karma but that is amazing .

thanks muxu :)

i also liked diorcouture's entry ^_^ i was surprised when i enlarged the illustration and saw the underwear (despite it already being said that the fabric is sheer). i couldn't see it and her legs clearly in the small version--very subtle

So mine's in early this week....My inspiration was Jasmine from Aladdin. I dressed her up in this Traditional Indian Sari inspired Gold Jersey with Amethyst trims..Braided top, and tied around the waist..slightly empire

a little grown up for Disney but...ehh..:innocent:

This Rapunzel doesn't need a man to save her. She has better ways to use her hair.
