Also.
Get this: Today in the shop (I have a Saturday job in a charity shop ) I noticed a pair of black ladies' shoes - they were by Jil Sander. £3.00. Palpitate. Guess what? Someone had decided to " improve " the shoes by crudely cutting off some of the straps to create a slingback....... . . . . . What is wrong with people!?!

I got a Topshop sundress for £3.20 tags still on at £40 woohoo. But the charity shops here are so bad, its just peoples old primark tat!

Vintage fur jacket for $90 CAD, vintage Ralph Lauren-ish skirt $24, and vintage chiffon dress $8. SCORE.

Hermes loafers, $3 :woot:

It's a little too big, but with socks, do-able.

^ Omg!!!

I am so peeved. Here in Bath there are so many charity shops but they must like research brands or have some kind of professional because they bunk the prices up so it's almost like they're on sale new instead of second hand... It's pretty stupid.
Par example: A white coat with a big percentage of llama in it by Escada - they had £100 on it.. Same shop they had a big faux-leather waistbelt by Kenzo and wool scarves by Burberry in a glass case with like £50-£60 on each...
It's so annoying!! And all the clothes are such good quality - it's rare to find Primark etc, it's all really good, expensive stuff. It's just, they know it is!!

Follow up post:
There are only one or two charity shops that actually have real bargains.. I found these Paul Smith suede trainers today for £5.00! Love them.
There is also a Comme des Garcons Homme Plus Evergreen shirt/jacket I don't know whether to get.. It's £3.50 but it looked kinda bad quality..
