"Set in a 19th century European village, this stop-motion, animated feature follows the story of Victor, a young man who is whisked away to the underworld and wed to a mysterious Corpse Bride, while his real bride, Victoria, waits bereft in the land of the living. Although life in the Land of the Dead proves to be a lot more colorful than his strict Victorian upbringing, Victor learns that there is nothing in this world, or the next, that can keep him away from his one true love."

oooh sounds interesting...

Saw the trailer when I saw Wedding Crashers this weekend, and immediately thought of the new Gothic thread ... it will fit right in ... ^_^

Yeah it looks really interesting actually, I saw a trailer at the cinema, it's the kind of stuff I love...really reminds me of 'the Nightmare Before Christmas' one of my faves as a kid

I'm looking forward to it ;)

Honestly.. I saw the preview.. and while I"m a fan of Nightmare before Christmas... this movie looks a bit creepier...

I'm excited for it.

I loooved NBC as a kid and would loooove to see this one. After all with Tim Burton & Johnny Depp you can't go wrong.

I want to marry Tim.

If he were just a leeeetle bit younger, though.

But, seriously. I love his work (don't know what happened with Planet of the Apes, though..:ermm: )

I havent seen Charlie and the... yet and now another one!

This sure helps me to get over this "the-holidays-are over-and-everything-gets-back-to-normal-feeling"..

i hope it lives up to the hype- the trailer looked v. promising- maybe burton will be forgiven for big fish!

OT--forgiven for Big Fish..........are you kidding me? That movie was A M A Z I N G ! ! !
