While it's a great idea to practice yoga (it has many benefits), unfortunately making you taller is not one of them. You can't relax your muscles to height.:huh:
 
Yoga doesn't actually make people taller. It just improves the posture so that you think you're taller, but you're really not.
 
I take a multivitamin (like Women's One-a-Day), go to the dentist regularly, get facials once a season (whenever possible), get regular trims, and drink a ton of water. Because of these extra steps I have to use very little makeup, have really healthy teeth, hair, etc.
Sticking to healthy basics makes it so much easier in the long run because you'll find you spend less time on your makeup and hair (which makes me feel a whole lot better about myself). Laughter is pretty important too---it is my personal belief that the fun I have with my friends is keeping my skin clear!

Cold water rinse at the end of the shower blasted on the hair, flattens the cuticle and leaves it easier to brush (detangles) and shiny smooth hair coming your way!
 
I'm going to try that too! brrrr might be cold but hey if it works good, who cares?!:lol:
 
I tried that cold water thing and I found that it did nothing for my hair. So, no more freezing for me :lol:
It might just me be, though.

I used to do that too, but have read numerous times that it doesn't do anything. I, personally, never noticed a difference.
 
^^ ooh dear. It works for me. Or maybe it should be colder. Freezing as hell but remember:

actually a lot of people have a spine where all the vertebras are stacked right on top of each other and they dont realise making their back 'shorter' so one of the main things yoga does is strech out ur back - its possible to get taller so start stretching !
 
Drinking alot of water, taking care of your body, smelling good, brushing teeth 2x a day, exercise, being friendly, eating healthy fruits and vegetables, sleep enough, go outside and take a walk, do yoga, like yourself and accept your flaws - make the best out of what you have! just a few tips on how you'll feel nicer and prettier :smile:
 
^ Yes! Brushing your teeth is soooo important. And twice a day minimum, but no more than thrice... otherwise it gets hard on you gums.
 
I agree! Brushing (max. of 3 times) & flossing is very important:D
 
^ Ah, yes, and of course flossing. :smile: So many people skip that part... :unsure:
