Tokyo Collections A/W '06-'07

kool as they may be, what's the deal with the sizing of ALL these labels? i realize 'fitted' is 'in' at the moment, but there must be a difference between 'very well fitted' and 'absolutely too tight'! and from what i see, japanese are not that much 'smaller' than the rest of the world in size...

i just came back from tokyo. from lad musician to the viride-anne, from wjk to roar... even their size XL is too tight for me! and i'm a size 46 in dior homme...

So now you know the secret about clothes in Japan, surver...
Sleeves and tops and pants are always too short. 7 is the largest shoe size ever carried. With all the beautiful stuff available, this place just can drive fashion lovers insane!

Does anyone know anything about the Textile Designers Exhibition (3.17 - 3.24 2006) in Tokyo and could post some photos? It happened at the same time as Japan fashion week. Here's a link:

And here are two pieces by Tomi Mohri for the Textile Designers Special Project--I'm not sure if it's related to the exhibition, but it's on the same website.
