Bras aren't like knickers or swimwear though! Women can try bras on in fitting rooms, if it doesn't fit they put it back, it's exactly the same thing except she took it home. It's not as if you're running a marathon, sweating and such, and then expecting a refund!

I don't often visit the Topshop store, but has their quality gone seriously downhill or they just fill our store with their worst things? I remember I used to live in Topshop when I was in high school and it was fashionable as well as comfortable, but now I very rarely find anything I like.

Well, looks like my order got lost and now i'm desperately trying to contact customer service but all i got are those premade emails and no real answers

I also had a very bad experience with their shipping and customer service. It's a shame because their stuff is really nice!!!

I Know!!!! it's the first time in maybe 5 years that I've been shopping on their website, still sucks and I hope they'll refund me or send me another package

^I hink they are really easy going when it comes to refunds. No questions asked which is kinda strange. You'll get the automated replies a few times but after about about 3 times of mailing, they probably will refund you. What did you order?

why are all the things I want always sold out in my size!? Topshop needs to make more of size UK6. Sigh.

MissyJG you were right! They refunded me almost stat!!! and they were also super nice! I didn't see that coming and I'm quite surprised!

^Good to hear. you get annoyed with the automated replies at first but then before you know it, you got your refund. lol. So I'm never really that worried if the package gets lost unless it something I really wanted of course and has sold out. Luckily, only 1 package got lost. All the others (which is quite a lot) did arrive.

I finally received these and wore them out twice this weekend, while shopping and....they are so comfortable! And easy to walk in! I love them so much and am so glad that I bought them.

yeah, I'm happy with mine, fit true to size at the shoulders.
The material is quite sheer though, the shade of blue is a tad lighter than in the picture.

Not a fan of the new stuff. They always seem like gimmicks to me, to get a bit more money out of us, but maybe i've become topshop-cynical
