Hi ladies, first post here!!

Last Friday, I placed an order on topshop online store, today the status says that it is still being packed by the warehouse. Meaning, the order it's not even on it's way yet!!!! Did any of you experienced this when ordering from them?

TIA for sharing your experience.

Jesus their customer service is so bad. I've never had any trouble but reading all the comments on here it's just terrible. You'd think a huge company like them would at least respond to peoples emails and send their orders on time!

I got my order yesterday!! Everything is great! Specially the cargo skinny pants! I think i´m gonna get the red ones too. And the jumpers are so soft and cosy!!

I always walk in to return something, and then end up buying more than I actually returned. So I returned a navy cable sweater (too big) and walked out with this amazing, silver cuff with large spikes, and a silver "armour" ring, both of which cost more than the jumper. Must. Stop. Walking. Into. Topshop.

Thank you for the advice lifeistiffanyblu Do the others (in viscose) look cheap ? I love the silk one but after all I'm not so sure it'll look good with my skintone (same goes for the apricot one)

You and me both...i must admit i do in too much but there's just so many nice things out .

I wanted to ask if anyone knows when the white lace dress (the one like the Dolce & Gabbana) is due to come out?

I received my Boutique Leather jacket but was rather disappointed as it was way too short for me. So unfortunately I have to return it.

I have those jeans! they are much thinner than normal jeans, sort of like jeggings (They used to be called jeggings on the website, and I can't stand the thought of jeggings. ) ...but they are without a doubt my favorite pair! the are soo comfy, they look don't look like 'jeggings' and they are really soft. Plus they haven't lost shape like all my other pair of regular jeans, they fit like a glove, haha.

sorry for the slow response...have had a nightmare of week leading up to LFW.

well they didnt look as cheap as they could but they definitely didnt have the same appeal as the silk one did. I am hoping they will make the silk ones in other colours too!!!or at least they should..
