is anyone else in the us experiencing some severe lateness on their orders? i placed an order on dec 22nd and i'm trying to be patient because of the holidays + the weather, but i feel it's taking way too long...

^ i placed an order on 26 november and didn't get it until a few days ago..i wanted to return it too coz the fit was weird but they won't let me since my "return period has been exceeded" ugh i think i am done ordering from topshop! i haven't liked anything on the site in a while anyway..

I placed an order with them on the 19th of December. I talked to someone in customer service because I thought it was taking an inordinate amount of time to arrive and basically all they could tell me was I could be waiting another two weeks. Not happy.

how awful... i wanted to call but the phone lines said there were 20+ people calling ahead of me and that i should hang up if i was trying to track a package. lovely customer service!

They're having massive delays on deliveries, probably due to the weather in the UK. I ordered something on 14 December and it only arrived last Tuesday, 4 January. I'm in Greece, btw, so not even that far.

further markdowns on shoe sale today, i think futher markdowns for clothes is friday.

new lines for shoes go in tomorrow mostly boots, not sure if new clothes lines will be added to sale.

No problem Yeah that jacket is greeat! Wanted it too a while back but have a similar one already. I'm not sure how the size runs but I don't think you should size down. Someone should have it here..The jacket is really popular and keeps getting restocked. They even increased the price (used to be 150 GBP).

^^^ I have that leather jacket (in pale grey). It runs true to size. Definitely don't want to size down, because since it's lined with cotton there's not that much room in the sleeves.

YES!! Finally the coat with the faux leopard fur trim has gone into sale!!! I am going straight to my local store and snapping that up today!

All of their new stock seems to be the same tshirt or tunic in different colours. Ok so I'm sort of exaggerating a bit, but not impressed.

but I haven't been impressed with topshop for quite some time. I've been looking for stuff I like for months now but there were maybe just a couple of items I wanted... I got the leopard fur coat, a printed skirt and the proto premium sporty detail boots.

Thanks for your help! I have ordered it now in Size UK 10. I hope that it will fit. I have one coat by Topshop and it was UK 10 as well. I can't wait until the jacket arrived

Anyone seen some faux agate earrings around? I noticed them online the other day, they were fully stocked and now there's none! They were a thin slices of imitation agate inside gold hoops. I didn't buy them at the time because I wanted to wait until I had other things to order (paying 9 pounds postage just for a pair of earrings seemed a waste). In other news, I can't believe the crap Topshop are dishing up these days. Seriously:

haha those bandeau tops are pretty lame. If the fringing was more coarse it might have been okay, still not something I would wear but I could see some girls pulling it off....hopefully at the beach though.
