Thanks for the advice about ordering in everyone. The item isn't online, unfortunately. I think I will go into my nearest TS on Monday and see if they have one (very unlikely, it never has any stock in a 6 in) or if they can either order in/locate one for me. If that fails then I'll call customer services. (Yes, I am very desperate!)

ah i thought for some reason you wanted to order in Christopher Kane stuff. you should be fine with most other items, like jeans, jersey tops etc, but if it's sold out online, the best bet is customer services.

heyyy, so i went to the post office to return stuff today but it was over 5kg and they said it was too heavy?! has anyone had this problem before? i can't return the items at a store :S

And how many items? 5 kg is a lot!

You should be able to send it whatever weight it is?

Royalmail site says 4kg is £8.22 then each extra 2kg is another £2.80, so there's no limit. Is there a 5kg limit for returns being free maybe?

the person said the limit for the r2 label was 5kg...i wouldnt have ordered so much stuff if i didn't think i'd get to return it for free..woops haha!

i really hope i don't have to pay for it :S i've emailed topshop so hopefully they will get back to me asap. maybe hdnl will pick it up...

do you think id be able to split the return and send it in diff boxes or can you only use the returns number on one box?

Are the jackets small or large in size?
If I'm usually a size 38 in jackets, would I be a size 38 in topshop jackets as well?

I'm thinking about ordering a leather jacket from the online shop so I wan't to be as sure as possible! hehe

You have to have a valid NUS card, and you put the long number from the card into the box at one of the final stages of doing your order. There's a bit for discounts and stuff, you put it there and it takes it off the order price.
