^ that's so annoying. Just keep persisting with your complaint. They're usually good with customer service so I'm surprised.

Btw, does anyone know if you can tell if they've received your return or not? I sent something on Wednesday to be returned and want to know if they've got it yet... Thanks
 
yeah im gonna keep emailing, and ill try calling tomorrow if its still not sorted.

sundaymorning- i love those boots too, im really considering getting them! i wanted some lace up booties for ages, and when the emma cooks werent that great ive been searching for some!
 
im really pissed with topshop right now, i returned a skirt and they have only refunded me half of what i orginally paid for, ive emailed them back and forth countless times and they keep saying it will be fine and check my card bill when it comes. NOW they are claiming they never recieved the item at all. Im so not happy with them right now....but knowing me ill forgive them when something pretty comes out. I still want my £ 9 though!

I returned something about a month ago and they only partially refunded it :blink:
It's such a hassle to wait on the phone forever... explain... plus the time difference from Australia is so annoying that I didn't bother. The last time I had a problem with them I wasted so much time and effort trying to resolve it that I just gave up... their online customer service is notoriously sh!tty.
 
I'd e-mail someone higher up, I've had trouble with them before, and was once given the customer service manager's e-mail address. Things soon got sorted then!

i've already had an email from them saying that my refund was accepted although the money hasn't gone into my account yet (i posted it on tuesday)
 
^ ok, thanks. I hope it hasn't got lost because my post office refused to stamp the thing that topshop make them stamp :|
 
I do think that Topshop customer service tends to be pretty bad. Not just with e-mailing etc but so many of the shop assistants are downright rude (obv. not all of them though)
 
^ really? I usually find them really helpful and nice. It annoys me that lots of them aren't very fashionable though :P Lol I sound really superficial but they really don't look like they wear any Topshop and if they do it's the rubbish pieces. Obviously not all of them though, again.
 
i think that really depends on your store (no harm trying though)

on the website, it says "**PLEASE NOTE THIS ITEM IS PART OF OUR CHRISTOPHER KANE COLLECTION AND IS ONLY RETURNABLE TO OUR WEBSITE. STORES WILL BE UNABLE TO REFUND THIS ITEM FOR YOU." so technically, they aren't supposed to do that.
 
I returned the 2 dresses I bought the other week (kept the CK skirt and croc dress), and had the email and refund in my bank within 5 days, I find the customer service pretty quick to be honest, and the delivery too.
 
hmm i suppose you have to send it back to the website as the stores seem to have a lot of it left so if everyone returned things to the stores they could end up with like 100 croc t shirts or whatever and the online store has non ^_^
 
My denim jacket came today. I really like it, it fits perfectly :) Don't get why they sent that sticker packet though, what am I supposed to do with that? lol I have enough crap laying around in my room
 
I received the Eyelet lace dress and the Eyelet Mirror babydoll dress today. I really like them both, although the zippers are of pretty bad quality (they're quite stiff already). I didn't get sent the stickers, which is good - I don't need them!
 
if i get the christopher kane croc t shirt will it cover my butt?????

i was thinking of wearing just leggings with it.

i havent purchased it yet and theres no way i can try it on...

if anyone can help me out with some advice i'd be grateful
