disfordangerous, i would take them back if i were you! Sounds stupid haha but i once took back a nighty tunic type thing that ripped and they allowed me to exchange for something else, so you could still get a new pair? or do they not sell them anymore

Yeah I'm going to try and get it fixed. It was probably my own fault though, I have a habit of sort of just standing on the heel part of my shoes when I'm stood still, I wont be doing that ever again now, ahaha.

I'd take them back! How long have you had them for? If they look fairly unworn, you might have a good chance of getting them replaced/refunded, they aren't really fit for purpose if they break after a few wears..if they look really worn however they might not... Probably depends on the sales assistant/manager you get that day, but worth a try??

Does anyone know if Topshop online restocks. Im in the US so no store here & saw a some floral print skinny jeans but they are sold out in my size.

Has anyone seen thoses jeans in person? The light color?

The online store does restock yes If they disappear from the site entirely or are sold out then best to keep an eye on the 'Back in stock' section!

I've had the since july, and I wear them ALOT, but they don't look very worn. I don't have a recipt or anything though.

i have those boots too, and i love them, slightly scared!
though i do notice your boots have 5 d-rings and 5 holes on each side, mine have 4 d-rings and 6 eyelets, odd
anyways i had a similar experience with a pair of ASOS premium boots where the shank in one heel was broken and i think it had been broken the whole time i had them anhd i'd just thought i was a bit wobbly in them. i had them about 6 months but just sent them a really snotty email and sent the boots back and got a full refund. snotty emails/letters are always worth a shot

^i think they cant be bothered to deal with all the fuss etc. I interned couple of summers ago at a shoe company and went down to customer services sometimes as I made friends with people who worked there, and the kind of returns they would get and customer complaints were hilarious!
but I think in this case you should write to them.

shoes have to be fit for their purpose, and the heel snapping off even if you wear them frequently is not acceptable. they will refund you or at least give you vouchers if you write to them.

I'm sure it'd be fine to take them back, I've seen customers get refunds for far more unrealistic situations. If anything they can trace a receipt on the system or you can use a bank statement.

I took the plunge today and bought the longline sequin bra on sale. Also finally got the heart tights I've had my eye on for a while Our sale is still pretty good

But I still can't believe that they have items showing on the website in the sale section that has been out of stock for weeks
