I know it's not much comfort to you Velony, but iloverunway, a SA told me last week that if you do return things you bought online you can reclaim the postage costs. im not sure how this would be done and I'd imagine it to be such a pain in the backside it wouldnt be worth it, but up until she told me i had no idea you could do that.

I didn't look or feel the best when I got in from work tonight and tried on the jumpers, I think I'll try again tomorrow. I just keep looking at the lookbook version i posted on my blog and wishing the one they brought out was anywhere near as nice!!

You can only get back the postage costs if you receive a faulty item, or the wrong item has been sent. Thing is, you'd have to bring back ALL of the items on the order, because if the others were fine, then the postage still applies.

although id have tp see it in real life first, last time i ordered a top from topshop, it was CLEARLY cream on the website and they sent me a MAUVE one
& about the rodarte leggings/tights or whatever, wouldnt it be much cheaper just to layer ripped fishnets?! lol.

AND YES! I once got my postage back. I went to take something back without a receipt and the man was like "so do you want money back?" when I expected only to get vouchers as usual... And then he said "do you want postage back too?" who could refuse that haha. Such a nice man though I think he didn't really know the rules!

Really? I don't think they look the same although they used the promo picture :S
And the shoes were in this months Elle so idg how they can be out yet That's such a shame if I've missed them!

^im not sure about the tights/leggings, but I've definitely seen the shoes online and instore in black, not sure whether the white is out yet. x

loverunway i saw the black shoes as well, so maybe you haven't missed them as they just bought the kali loafers out in white, so may bring these out for spring. and i think the leggings are the same as the picture, my friend has them and they look the same as the lookbook on with socks.
