I'm afraid to say I can't stand those skirts. For some reason a lot of teenaged girls wear them to the clubs I run and because so many wear them, they don't look very special, and they always look creased and scraggy. If you're not clubbing I'm sure it'll look great though.

I just recieved my unique leather leggings, and they are way too big

Oh no. Did you order your normal size? Because I did and they fit just right. You could resell them on ebay and buy another pair in a smaller size.

I ordered the smallest of the two sizes I use. And the leg area is way too big... I am not sure a smaller size would fit in the waist tho.

how do you know? don't worry just because it's by a designer, does not mean it won't! like look what happened with Louise Goldin's dresses because they were charging such a stupid price nobody got them at full price and in the sale everyone got them!

Nah it really won't, a) it would have gone into the sale that just happened b) they've nearly sold out on all of them so it's not in their interest to c) I think the designer has some role in deciding whether they should go on sale and I don't think he consented to it...
Yes that's true but that's because they weren't selling so well! I hope the Louise Goldin stuff goes into the sale this time too because I love some of it!

I take back what I said about the skirt that I wanted (post #803). Tried it on earlier in their store and did not like it on at all! Such a strange shape on myself and cannot help but think that it looks completly different from the picture I posted!

Sundaymorning - Thats exactly how I reacted to that skirt, the shape looks nice in the shop,but see it on someone and it's just so unflattering. I think with the female body, there's no point in creating big hoopy shapes over the hips, it doesn't look nice!

Some of their items look better in their online store. Once I ordered them and saw them in person or even tried them on they just didn't look good anymore for some reason. I've had that with skirts as well with tops. Any one else?

It looks alot different on their website and just like you said Mindbear, with the hoopy shape, ah!!

yeah I often hate the material. that's why I have only ever bought about 2 things online because it's a waste of money to spend on postage and then send it back. better with student discount in store!!!
