SO annoyed I missed the sale as I was away. I reallllly want the Ivana Helsinki things!!! SO SADDDD. I am going to the store first thing tomorrow!

the sale was so rubbish IMO!
I did not see anything at all, maybe it depends on the store!

nooooo it was amazing imo! I got 2 Ivana Helsinki dresses:
The grey long sleeved one was £75 down to £35
and
The navy short sleeved knitted dress was £65 down to £30.
Am so pleased! If I had more money I'd definitely get some of the Simone Shailes and Louise Goldin things but they were still £80-£150 If they go down further I will definitely get something!

i think the sale was pretty good too, i am going to oxford circus tomorrow is there even much point in going to topshop though? i reckon everything will be gone

I love that slashed velvet jacket but still £75 was too much for me :/ I'm going again tomorrow to Kensington High St and Covent Gdn as the stock varies there and most people go to Oxford St so sometimes you can pick up some good things there!

wow carou, great buys, how does that velvet jacket fit? are the sleeves bracelet or full length? is the jacket fitted? i would love to know for anyone who has it or tried it!!

Uniq: I haven't received the stuff yet. I think the sleeves are 3/4 length, if that is bracelet length?

^ Great buys indeed! Especially love the second dress (?) looks pretty cool. Argh...that makes me hate Austria again for not having a single Topshop store (at least not in my area )

Nijuyanah: I don't have any stores near me either. So I had to buy it online. It was marked as being a tunic, but I am quiet short, so maybe it will fit me as a dress

Oooh I love that skirt. How long does it come up on you? I think I have the same one in jersey material.

Today I went sale shopping again to Kensington and Covent Gdn. In Covent Garden I bought that blazer/jacket with the frills? Someone here bought it a while back? it sold out in a few minutes online and is assymetrical- anyway it was the last one so they put it in the sale for £30!

I also got this

which they obviously put into the sale by mistake as it has now sold out on the website for FULL PRICE! Anyway it was RRP £45 but in the sale for £20!

Anyway after scouring the store for about an hour looking for the Ivana Helsinki dress

I decided to leave. I walked out of the store and turned around and saw a grey jumper on the floor. I went back in just to check in case that was it and it was!!! and it was in XS [which seemed more like a L but anyway!] yesss so happy. So from the sales I've got 4 jumper dresses I don't think I need anything more now unless some of the Simone Shailes or Louise Goldin stuff gets marked down further!

yeah, that was me. they still had it at covent garden? (the store on the strand, right?)
i went to london recently and i have not seen it there when browsing. despites loving the oxford circus flagship store like no other store i'm always going to the strand one too, whilst being in london. sometimes they have items left which have been sold out at oxford street in a minute and the flagship store can be a little overwhelming sometimes.

THey always bring stuff out that hasn't been on the shop floor for a while- usually one off items which have been hanging around in the stock room for ages. They're usually they best items to find in the sale! But yeah i agree with The Strand one being good [yeah not covent garden I just call it that] because not so many people go there so you can find good things that have sold out online and in the Oxford Circus store quickly

Ooh, was the sequin dress in Kensington or the Strand branch? I never even saw them in person before they sold out, so I'd love to get one in the sales. I didn't see much in the Strand branch when I went a few days ago, but there were loads of people shoving so I lost patience quite quickly.

i took the louise goldin dress back...last time those summer dresses of hers were half price in the sale £40 i think so hey maybe i might get the hoody if it goes down to that price. if anyone wants that one, it's in brighton right now i think
