a984mel- I doubt they will you know. They always do that- they think that people won't notice it's the same! And ia, I love the one in the lookbook pics but hate this one!! They did the same thing with the harlequin sweater last season.

gossiping- they're really good priced imo! I mean their normal jeans are £40 and this is Topshop Unique- tbh I expected them to be like £80 and I normally complain about prices!

I don't really understand why they do this! It's a bit pretentious of them as a high street retailer! I wanted a dress last year which was in the lookbook and never made for sale in the stores.

Yeah there were a few things which didn't get released last season like that infamous harlequin dress whihc they would have sold SO many of! And also there was a lace dress which would have sold well :/
I agree- maybe the look book was made a while ago and all the items were just prototypes so they changed them before mass producing them? Idk.

i agree iloverunway....i think it's fairly insulting of them to think dedicated customers won't notice. the colours of the dress they actually released just didn't 'pop' like they did in the lookbook one...though i'm looking on the bright side, i need another floral print dress like i need a hole in the head, so perhaps it's for the best.

i ordered one of those studded unitards, will post when i recieve it. i love it, but im sceptical. i have a nasty feeling it will end up being one of those things i love but never have the balls to wear outside my bedroom!

i like the new dress better, the old one looks too long but i think this one that's out now has a fitted bust area so yeah even the size 6 is not suitable for me

a984mel- yeah I have too many floral dresses. IA with nearly all the unique stuff! All of it's quite unwearable... Even the jeans I will be scared to wear out and they're jeans!

ahhh so many lovely new things have come into the store I work at. and ive opened a store card not too long ago - oh dear haha!
I bought a few things today (again, oops);

& two other items that I cant seem to find on the website, anyway! the other was an oversized navy jumper and a new range of t-shirts that arrived at my work, they have a selection of viontage pictures on them and are called 'exposure' or something I think? anyway, im very happy with the purchases!
the unique things look great, especially love the 'pot luck' vest

I love these Unique print leggings, though they're a bit pricy at £45. If my store ever gets them in, i might see if i'm allowed they on uniform.

My friend got the mongolian gilet 1/2 price in the sale. She wasn't keen on the colour & dyed it with cold water dye to try to make it purple, but it came out mauve. She is pleased with it, but I don't think I would have taken the risk, 1/2 price or not.
Had a look in TopShop today & there's some fringey things I quite like - jacket, skirt, boots. Probably wouldn't get them all, but I do like the look.
Leyla - lurve the leopard! Anything leopard-print looks good to me
