Anyone seen this in store? Not sure what shade of white it is... I really wanted the creamy very pale pink jacket like this that was in awhile back but it sold out.

Well, I've ordered the stud dress and the mohair jacket. Free delivery so I figure if they're bad quality or I dont like em I'll take them back instore. They do look nice though

Ooh, I got the Ashish boots in black too as I thought they would be more versatile but kind of regret not getting the zebra ones and they were available when I ordered the black. Typical!!

It's absolutely boring. Thats what you get when you don't actually have any fashion training but get your own label. She looks at vintage stuff and goes 'oooh I like that make one of those'. I demand more from my design!

Anyway, I can't view the jackets & coats section!! when I click view all or any section of it, nothing shows up except the header. Anyone else having this problem? I guess I will just keep checking back.

And is it me or does their customer service online suck?? I've tried contacting them a million times and I never get any response. This has happened since last year! Do they just never check their email?

I don't like anything from the Kate Moss collection, come to think of it the only thing I REALLYYYY loved was the panther dress for last years A/W collection , I'm still desperate for it, ahaha.

I know, and I want to get it but am put off by the description which says "white". In the picture it doesn't look white white it looks more cream...I wanted the jacket like this in cream which sold out ages ago. If this jacket is more creamy, then I'll snap it up...but if I'm wrong I pay postage twice cos I live in another country

I can't say that, I have contacted them quite a few times and always got a reponse within a few hours.

i agree about the customer service, some times i email them and get a response within a few hours, though the majority of times i never get a reply. It's really infuriating, a pet hate of mine is being ignored and not helping me with queries about clothes is probably the best way to annoy me!!

I'm really curious about seeing what the Ashish wedges are like when people get them in real life, i have this image of them being really clunky and impractical which is what put me off ordering them, i hope i don't regret it!

I was having that problem too, I just kept clicking around and eventually it would load. I noticed with Kate's collections they're very all or nothing for me, I tend to either love everything or have no interest in any of it, like this time
