The "Heart Intarsia" stuff (dress, cardingan, scarf) is cute. Any info on the quality?

I really dislike the Ashish boots. I suppose the black ones are OK but the others are soooo tacky. Evokes the Spice Girls...

As for the KM stuff, I hate how on the site they display the black and white photographs. It's so misleading because of course they look great on Kate Moss and then you see the stock photograph and it's horrible! The Rodarte-esq jumper looks really cute on Moss but then you look at the colour photo and the colours are awful!
I like both of the faux fur jackets but am waiting for the mainline Topshop one...

i agree about the customer service, some times i email them and get a response within a few hours, though the majority of times i never get a reply. It's really infuriating, a pet hate of mine is being ignored and not helping me with queries about clothes is probably the best way to annoy me!!

I'm really curious about seeing what the Ashish wedges are like when people get them in real life, i have this image of them being really clunky and impractical which is what put me off ordering them, i hope i don't regret it!

i wore mine out the other night (i got them in black) and i have to say they are the most comfortable shoes i own. they didn't hurt my feet and they look great with black tights and little dresses. i really recommend them. i did try them in leopard but i wasn't nuts about the print in real life.

pinkprincess they were £120 or £140, i forget. if you call topshop on oxford circus i'm sure that they still have some. they had all three styles when i went but i just found the black a lot more wearable. i'm trying not to buy things that i will wear a couple times and forget about.

Anyone seen this in store? Not sure what shade of white it is... I really wanted the creamy very pale pink jacket like this that was in awhile back but it sold out.

It's like a creamy metallic white, kind of like the sheen on the inside of a shell it's nice in real life.

my local topshops are eldon square and metro centre. Can't stand either of them they seem to get no stock!
on the subject of customer service i've emailed them a bunch of times just to ask questions about stock and they've never emailed back... ever ha

Eldon Square and MetroCentre are both as bad as each other, I can't decide which one is better/worse, lmao. I think the little Topshop section in Fenwicks is better, haha. They usually have more up to date stock.

yeah i like that one i work near there so pop in regularly.. they seem to get so much nicer stuff fitted into a teeny space than can fill the whole of the eldon sq store
though that's not big either ha

tried the heart dress on yesterday was a bit itchy the only thing i didn't like about it was that it was quite warm when it was on with it being wool,tight, long sleeved.. hope that makes sense ha so if if i went inside with it on I feel like I would want to take it straight off
Quality was hmm think it would bobble though!

I totally agree. When her very first collection was out I got that red A line jacquard dress and it looked great in the photo but when I got it the material felt SO different from the way it came across in the photos with Kate and is a very odd fit (not fitted in the least, and in the pics is was like ultra fitted) and I thought well maybe it's just weird for my body so I had my mom try it on (my mom's a size 2) and it looked weird on her too and even she was like "What the hell is this supposed to be!" lol. The Kate Topshop pics are very deceiving, I have no idea how that dress looked good on anyone, including her

Hmm... fitting, pins, light, wind machines, movement... and there must be a reason she is making the most bizarre poses and you only see half of her, right? Black and white shots go a long way, too. Never trust a model.

Katie123- Yeah, I posted about that a couple of weeks back. It had shark in the title so maybe if you search that on the TS website? If not, it's sold out. I saw that your location said "london/rio"; if you are in London, Topshop Oxford Circus has some left. Go down the esculator and, then it's at the back near the Petite section. Good luck in finding it!

i'd return em. they are really wobbly, you could easily snap your ankle/break your neck
