Peel off the prepaid label that comes with delivery, stick it to the parcel and post it to us so that we receive it within 14 days of delivery.

The website contradicts itself. Somewhere it says you need to post it off within 14 days of receiving it, and then this says they have to receive it within 14 days. Which, you know, is just plain dumb.

Just want peoples advice about trophy jackets. DO you think that trophy jackets can be worn as everyday wear? I can't justify it if I can't wear it potentially as everyday wear.

yes yes yes! I wear mine ALL the time - yesterday I wore it with skinny faded jeans, high black chunky boots and a plain thin white tshirt. It's literally the best thing in my closet, I throw it on whenever I can't think of what to wear and then I also use it in the evening with simple black dresses. It's brilliant, I say go for it! I get lots and lots of compliments on mine

They aren't really that fussy about the return time. I ususally post my things slightly late but I've never had any problems with it. I always get my money back.

Does anyone have the velvet bodycon dress? I ordered it yesterday as a spur of the moment thing, is it any good? Not sure what to wear with it really. I just liked the idea of it being velvet!

I think it depends on the jacket. I think lighter colours are good for day really, like this one, but it really depends on what you team it with and how confident you are.

I have it, but I bought it literally ages ago- in like, July - when they first brought one out in a grey colour. It's amazing, I love it!

However, I did try on the purple one they brought out recently, and material is a lot stretchier than mine, therefore making it more comfortable - but I just don't like the new colours and the overall feel of the material feels a bit cheaper.

I wear mine with black tights, vintage cardigan and ankle boots...but I kinda wear everything with black tights, vintage cardigan and ankle boots, so that's just me.

I don't have the bodycon dress (the neckline on Topshop's bodycon has a tendancy to cut my chest in half, giving the effect of having 4 boobs ), but I do have this...

My boots are not quite flat, they have a bit of a heel. They're really vintage and beaten up, so that kinda plays down the whole bodycon/sexy thing and makes it look less neat. I would never do bodycon dress and heeled court shoes or anything to that effect. I think if you're going to wear bodycon the rest of you should be really scruffy, otherwise it's too much. That's just my opinion anyway.

Also, the dress I have comes up reeally short, so I'd only ever wear it with tights. I quite like the velvet navy skirt.... but I reckon I could probably make one for like, £2.

Urghh I love the look of the velvet dresses but theres no way I could wear one. It feels disgusting, almost as bad as cotton wool. Ahh it makes me feel sick thinking about it.

I'm in a similar situation, although I didn't post mine until Thursday (away on business - nightmare). Do you have to post the item back within 14 days or does it have to be received by Topshop within 14 days? If the former then I'm fine, but if it's the later then it's already 2 weeks since I ordered the items. Can they really keep my money!? What happens if they don't receive them in time? Argh! It's over £300 of clothing!

Hiya, Topshop finally sent me the email confirming my return today. I posted the item back on Sep 26 (Sat) and received the email on Oct 5 (Mon). I hope your email would arrive quickly.

Seriously, my Christopher Kane things still haven't arrived. It's almost 2 weeks now.
For some reason Topshop no longer uses the Dutch postal service but some private company which employes people who deliver as a part time job.
I so hope it arrives tomorrow, otherwise it will probably be next week >.<

Same here. My order is taking ages to arrive! It's been like what, more than 10 days now? And everytime I check my letterbox, I get disappointed when I see nothing. I sure hope it didn't get lost in the mail!
