Travel Guide : London

My trip to London was amazing! Thank you, guys! Your ideas were so helpful.

I went to Liberty, too. I bought some cloth which I will use as a curtain.

I really enjoyed Steinberg & Tolkien. That shop is amazing. Vintage all over the shop...

Portobello Market was cool, too and I liked those designer consigner shops at the edge of Notting Hill Gate. I bought a Stella Forest top there.

Pandora Dress Agency (16-22 Cheval Place) has great stuff, too. Although a bit pricy.

The Vivienne westwood exhibition at V&A was one of my favourite experiences in London. A nice review of her collections. :flower:

I just found this interview.

softgrey, if you visited Jas M.B.'s first store, Doors by Jas M.B (8 Ganton St. W1), please tell me your impressions.

runner...i saw the bags at barney's today...they are beautiful...the leather is amazing and i loved all of them...they seem very androgynous to me...i would carry them myself...

i love the aged and distressed feel they have and all the brass hardware... :flower:

thanks softgrey

me too, I like even these shoes below that look like Paul Harnden's in some way.

BTW, I've just remembered this site which includes Ann Demeulemeester stuff for S/S 04.
I hope you like it.

THEATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It blows anything in NYC into the gutter. They have the like of TKTS booth for same day discount tickets (crap, I fogot where, Londoners help me out).

I also recommend a visit to Michiko Koshino's (sp?) boutique, but I don't remember the adress

Oh, yeah, Harrod's food court to escape the infamous English food, hahaha, YUM!!!

Sherlock Holmes museum!!! Yea, I'm a freak... but you can walk to Selfridges from there. BTW, I think Selfridges was the best dept. store I visited as far as their selection goes. Honestly, I liked it better than Harvey Nick's - although the store itself is a bit simple.

Everything will be super expensive, because $ sucks majorly.

The theater is amazing!! I went to see fame a few weeks ago. Has been to a shop called pink lizard, It's SO expensive! Nice shop, though.
