Yes, next week it is.

I will buy the books too. Our bookstore ran out of the first book:doh: so I'll buy them as soon as they get it.

A week without new True Blood.... This sucks

I am SO OVER the Maryann storyline. It's downright grating at this point; I'd have liked more Dallas, if anything. And Evan Rachel Wood is normally a fantastic actress- why was she so wooden?

Did anyone else notice that Hadley was wearing the same Agent Provocateur bikini as Kate Moss had on in Ibiza last month? Honestly I can't even believe I'm saying this because I adore Kate, but I actually think that the girl who plays Hadley might actually have worn it best (minus the pig tails of course).

I'm fairly certain their costume designer kind of... knocks off high fashion looks. When Sam and the kiddies were in Fangtasia talking to Eric, Pam was wearing what looked suspiciously like an Yves St. Laurent catsuit, but upon closer investigation, it was obvious that hers was an imitation. :flower:

Yeah I'm pretty sure that the maenad in the book didn't have claws or horns/mask. She had a wand that was like a long walking stick and a razorback pig with her, but She only had the razorback with her when she attacked Sookie. I forget exactly how she scratched her, but I don't remember any claws involved or at least none like the ones on the show.

Thanks for the new stills Alvedansen! I almost didn't even recognize Anna in the first shot. I wonder what that scene is all about. I don't remember anything like it in the book. Maryann looks ridiculous. Seeing her with Jason makes me nervous. Clearly she'll get to him and black his eyes out too at some point next week.

KhaoticKharma that wouldn't surprise me at all. I'd have to get a closer look to really be able to tell for sure. I highly doubt they spent the money to buy the real thing so I'd say that either they made their own or it was borrowed. They must only do that with the high fashion stuff though because I remember last season Anna Paquin had on a floral tea dress from American Eagle. It stands out in my mind because I have the exact same one and it was the only thing I've bought from that store in 10 years.

By the way, am I the only one that thinks that Sookie's wardrobe has become even more tacky this season than it was last season? I mean for god's sake that bandana dress from Dallas was horrific! She looked plain goofy. They seem to assume that all people from the south dress tacky or cheap and have no style. The only people who dress well on the show are the vamps and Maryann. The rest look like they all just shop at Wal-Mart.

^Sookie dresses more sl*tty on the books, guess they didn´t want to go down that road in the tv show

I couldn´t take the claws/no claws mistery anymore so I checked the book :ninja: :p it was a "blow"...

"It felt exactly as though someone very strong had swung a heavy rake and the points had caught in my skin, gone deeper, and torn their way across my back"

I found this
I think it's pretty neat she's doing this.

The Boston Herald's Inside Track

Wesley says it’s not easy playing Tara Thornton, the orgy-attending, organ-devouring spellbound buddy in Alan Ball’s bloody good HBO vampire hit.

“I open up the script and there’s orgies and things going on and I’m like, ‘You want me to do what? In the freezing cold? With the contact lenses again?’ But then I figure, it’s for the theater, it’s for the cause, and you just do it and the reward comes when you see the show and say, ‘Oh my gosh, it all comes together!’ ”

Wesley was in town this past weekend - courtesy of the RCN cable company - to promote the “True Blood” season finale Sunday night and an RCN- Red Cross “True Blood” blood drive Sept. 17 at Boston University’s Hillel House .

Finally, the week is ending, and sunday we can FINALLY see the season finale! I couldn't wait anymore! ^_^
