I like Cheryl Cole, she seems quite down to earth whilst she evidently says what she wants (remember her 'chick with a dick' comment about Lily Allen) but she blatently has a stylist and if she didn't she would be a total WAG.

I literally just heard on ITV news that she talks about personal issues including her weight. She apparently reveals she has 'fat' days and that she has been on the Atkins diet.

I don't really understand why she is on the cover of Vogue? She looks like every 2nd girl I see walking down the street at the moment. She seems like a cool person but fashion icon... I don't think so!

This is how UK Vogue deals with the credit crunch - I think the cover looks OK, but the choice of Cheryl Cole is designed to appeal along the same lines of the Victoria Beckham cover; the staff of Vogue probably detest what each woman stands for, but have realised that they sell.

Exactly. Shumman made patronising remarks about both Victoria and Cheryl before ending up putting them both on the cover regardless for purely commercial reasons.

I actually like the cover, but I was never not going to like it. Cheryl is actually likeable, and at least it's a different cover star. The editorial inside looks much more promising though.

Don't like the cover at all. I used to like Cheryl but can't stand her now. All this ~*~national sweetheart~*~ rubbish is ridiculous and only because her husband can't keep it in his pants.

I love Cheryl Cole, her Scottish accent is so adorable. But this is a highly weak cover for her beauty and as a matter of fact it's more suited for Cosmo or Elle rather than the high-end Vogue. Seems like they struggled to find some one of a high caliber to front the cover.

^Lol, she's not Scottish she's from Newcastle Upon Tyne, northern England I believe, but I agree her accent is very cute.
