I think it's also because the months' issues are the biggest ones of a year.
Those two are the best indeed. Ah, I'd add Jessica Stam's cover as well.

I won't be buying this one because of Sasha. No matter how one styles her, she's still very unpleasant to look at and I really don't want to see another Gemma ed again. UK Vogue needs revamping. Everything from their heinous model casting choices to their repetative editorial styles just annoys me. It's been slipping through the net for the past couple of years IMO with producing just one or two fairly decent issues each year...
