I struggle to associate Nicole Kidman with Elle. She's more, distinguished. None of her past covers for them stands out. Ok, perhaps the one she did during The Others' promotion, think it was January as well. Even as a preview this cover is bad! How on earth do you get such an underwhelming shot of Nicole? And change that bloody grey backdrop. Guessing Paola shot this.

My god!!! Its 2015 (in magazine calendar), and yet we are still stuck in a decade ago, same boring, overused movie stars! Unbelievable! And while i appreciate her as an actress, this is just so lackluster, and unflattering. The airbrush on her face is unreal!

Kudacki doesn't usually employ this level of airbrush, so its even more strange to see Nicole with someone else's face.

Oh, and what's up with all those Sex taglines? You are not Cosmo!

what on earth is happening to Elle.. their covers are super uninspired... this is just beyond awful. The styling, the pose... Nicole looks beautiful but the aura is just dead.

Despite having stale covers, no wonder Vogue still leads the pack compared to HB & Elle

Do not expect much from Elle, but this is bad. They styling doesn't suit someone of her age or character, and photoshopping her to look the part of the girls the clothes are meant for isn't a solution.
