Mila Kunis comes across as intelligent, funny, and feisty in interviews, so it's a shame that Richardson didn't capture any of that. She looks uninspired or bored in the editorial and I doubt that it has anything to do with a lack of charisma or imagination on her part. Bazaar needs to stop everything and go die in the woods somewhere. XD
I like Mila Kunis but her onscreen beauty never transfers successfully to print IMO. The only magazine that used her effectively is Elle US. Every other magazine has failed to capture her allure and Harper's Bazaar is no different.
Plus that was the quickest revamp ever. Back to the same curtain of cover lines and rehashed phrases after just 1 issue. Not surprised at all.
For me this cover shot could easily pass as a Cosmo cover. Despite that, I think Mila looks beautiful, the text layout is fantastic (this time round I actually don't mind all the text) and her editorial is cute. No complaints from me!
Love Mirandas edit, I think Terry did a great job of capturing that side of Bklyn, makes me reminise about my childhood, plus she looks gorgeous and the styling is fab. So far I love this issue cant wait to see the rest of the contents!
