wow the highlights from NY and Milan seem so random. Couldn't they come up with something better than boring studio shots for this? Not a highlight for me, I have to say.

Love Uma shes one of my fav actresses and she looks beautiful as ever on the cover, and I always love the highlights from each city eds, when you first get to see the new season clothes and all 3 models are fab!!

It's because those are the three editorial titles Harper's Bazaar consistently uses twice a year to introduce the new season's collections (From the three cities)
