You mean who was the editor-in-chief?

Edna Woolman Chase was in charge from 1914-1952 and she was one of the eic's who definietly contribuated to the presitge Vogue has today.She successfuly guided it through war and other hard times.Jessica Daves took over for her until 1963 when Vreeland was brought in.
