the hair is annoying but,
i'm so glad they've gone back to using models,
and jonathan rhys meyers, he's not too bad
i prefer him over all the other celebrities they've had in the past campaigns

it was a surprise that the men ads caught my attention...great move to put Doutzen with JRM

What a vast improvement on the snorrific ads from last season!

The hair unfortunately is a distraction from the clothes, but overall I do like the ads. I'm thrilled that Versace is using models for a second season in a row, those Halle Berry ads from last S/S were terrible.

DONATELLA VERSACE has increased her ad budget by between 15 and 20 per cent on a global basis ahead of nine new store launches in China, one in Macau and two in Taiwan on the agenda for next year. While the exact amount of the new campaign has not been revealed, WWD said this week that Mario Testino photographed Kate Moss, Angela Lindvall, Caroline Murphy, Carmen Kass and Doutzen Kroes in a Manhattan apartment for the new ads, which will debut in February magazines. "I wanted to cornerstone the brand's renowned aesthetics of what is glamorous, sensual and truly luxurious," said Versace. "I feel that this campaign reconfirms today's supermodel phenomenon and just how influential they are. Clearly, society looks at them for how they dress, where they socialise and how they live."
