it’s really bad. I just watched the show and I could not believe it. even the fitting of some of the dresses was loose!!! some of the outfits didn’t look well executed!

Mica opening a Versace show and the models faces trying to look fierce in those horrible outfits, like Imaan and Riane... the wet hair which is so Prada F/W 16.17 really really bad!

Im gonna have to to watch some older Versace shows to cleanse my palate.

Watching Irina compared to some of these other models should be the only piece of evidence needed to confirm the fact that mature, and actually sexy, models can elevate this collection. Stop trying to market this to kids.

This brand's S/S 2012 collection meets a Project Runway interpretation of Balenciaga S/S 2013, doused in the garish colour palette of the worst Michael Kors collection (S/S 2019?) ever and voila...this awful collection!

I sort of dug it. Some beautiful dresses, and the pink and blue combo looks for the boys were fab.
I hope Meisel shoots the campaign with Madonna.

I hate it all. This is even worse than her early '00s coke era. Also, why do they insist on showing mens and womens at the same time. It's kinda distracting.

Call me crazy, but I actually like this. I’m looking at it at a piece by piece basis. There are some amazing pieces scattered throughout. I loved the big ruffled skirts with the scuba top and the black bustier. They moved beautifully. There were some interesting fabrics that were mixed with ruffles. I loved the prints, especially the blue and purple ones. The over abundance of accessories was desperate and unnecessary, but they didn’t ruin the looks. Overall it reminded me of Versace from years past. It was so joyous and optimistic that I couldn’t help but smile. Sometimes we just need something fun to throw into our wardrobes that will bring us joy. Even if it is a little bit tacky. Why not?!

I usually love Versace especially cheap tacky Versace but this is just a big fat NO! The silhouettes are so unflattering and there's just nothing sexy about the styling. Looks more like something from NYFW and the ruffles even give me a campier version of Prada Spring 2011...which isn't necessarily a compliment.

There's only one cool men's jacket I like here and that's about it.

Some pieces were beautiful but they really need to change their stylist. Everything looks just so messy together and the great pieces disappear in this mess. Other than that, the casting was one of the worst in recent years. I appreciate the fact that there were more black faces and oversized models but let’s admit the fact that most of the walks were bad. Lastly, i just looked again to the Versace S/S 1992 show (Donatella took inspiration from that collection this season) and it’s sad to see how i’d still wear most of the looks from that collection but prefer only few pieces from a collection made at 2020.

They had the evocative title "Versacepolis", they had the gorgeous "Atlantis" set; it had the potential to be epic, a statement; but they disregarded their own concept, and dumbed it down to scuba and star-fish

I liked a few of the designs. It’s flamboyant, but a little bit dizzying. But I suppose that’s what Versace is? It may not be so appealing to the young audience, but some elements on the clothings appeals in my opinion.

I actually quite like this. It's the 1990s prints meeting 2000s silhouettes and 2010s "slap anything onto a piece of fabric" attitude. When I look at it, I see Versace, not another Phoebe or Hedi clone. It is far from sophisticated, but at least it has some personality.
