LOVE IT, one of my favorites from Milan. I love the use of vibrant colors. This is the quintessential 90s Versace girl, which is fabulous. I love the mini-dresses and over the knee boots. The printed leggings are to die for. Sure, there are a few tacky items here and there but with the innovation of this collection, it's totally possible to over look it.
As for Donatella saying it's hard to make Versace relevant to today, I don't think she has to. Versace will always be timeless. Sure, she could conform to the typical Louis Vuitton or Saint Laurent aesthetic that everyone seems to be trying to emulate (I'm looking at you Alessandro and the girls of Rodarte), but that would take out the beloved DNA of the brand. I think she's doing a great job with what she's doing and should continue to stand out.
