The shoes look like the Louboutin Ronaldos in gray. She has worn them out before.

I've never even heard of a himalayan croc birkin until now. My god it is gorgeous!

And did you say diamond hardware, miss dalloway??? I believe this bag is truly the holy grail of all bags. I can't even imagine its price tag :ninja:.

Oh yeah the outfit is nice too...

^^Fantastic.

I'm not going to mention the bag so can anyone ID the shoes? lol
Those are her favorite shoes, they are Christian Louboutin for Roland Mouret, and she has been wearing them alot since 2006. (guess she wasn't kidding when she said she loves them lol)

wow, that bag!!! i'd kill to have one like that! wonder how much that cost her....

I think the bag cost around $150 000???!!! its gorgeous... .. so far this one is my favorite outfit <3

I used to read Tatler and get really annoyed with rich kids who seemed to have the opportunity to do anything they liked - they'd suddenly become 'models' or 'designers' - until I realised, that's not something to condemn, because the worst thing in life is to have those opportunities and NOT to make the most of them.

Victoria now has the worldwide profile to produce a range of clothing that her name is on. She's probably been dreaming of it for years, and now has the chance. All designers have teams behind them that help create the clothing, and who make up for whatever deficiencies the designer has. There have been numerous designers who have had personal problems of such magnitude, I'm surprised they were able to work at all - yet they still got all the kudos for the clothes, because they're the brand's 'creative figurehead'.

That Victoria has chosen Mouret's team is a sign to me that (a) she's market-savvy, and (b) she wants to create something that will genuinely flatter women's figures, like Mouret's designs do.

I'll not knock the woman for having a go, with the means at her disposal. Any budding designer who gets irritated about it should invest the energy into thinking up ways to improve their reputation, so that they get a slice of the same action that Victoria has proven is within reach for an ordinary girl with big dreams.

I have to say, I AGREE...even in school we laughed about this...
Firstly the source article from the Mail on Sunday was rubbish and that paper has had a vendetta against Victoria for years, so it's hardly an objective piece of journalism. Much like you, Noulah, totally have an agenda against Victoria, anything you say about her can be interpreted with contempt.

Secondly, Roland Mouret did not patent mid calf length dresses! That side-by-side picture is a load of rubbish, the structure of both dresses are actually different, the only similarity is the length and overall style of dress, but it's the style of what is en vogue at the moment and what Victoria has loved for years. Victoria's line is far less structured in the stomach area than Mouret's trademark dresses, there are less creases and flaps too.

Thirdly, you don't have to have gone to design school to be a bona fida fashion designer, look at Ralph Lauren, Kimora Lee Simmons etc...Victoria has actually never claimed to be "the designer", on her website she is cited as the visionary and "creative director", not the one who does the sketches and sews the seams.

This argument is so 6 weeks ago by the way and at the end of the day it was clearly started by jealous idiots who scoffed that her dresses line sold out so quickly at top stores in London, Manchester and New York.

And Victoria has far too much need for control, business-savvy and passion for fashion to just sign a licensing deal and put her name to products like some other 'celebritiy designers'.

i have to say that i do like the VB's dresses, and i have to give her credit for at least choosing beautiful fabrics, nice tailoring and really i absolutely love her website as designer myself (graphic) nevertheless i consider a "fashion design" a career, meaning it takes time ... you don't became a "fashion designer" with one collection...
so i guess for now i'll give her the benefit of the doubt...
