I thought she looked outstanding in the outfit for her birthday. I usually prefer to see less 'boobage' [I am borrowing that term from someone who posted previously - cannot remember who - consider yourself credited! LOL!] - but the whole look really works for Victoria where it would not for many other women.

I thought her hair looked tres chic - loved it!!

I especially love that Victoria doesn't clutter-up her finished look.

The dress - as Miss Dalloway inquired - can anyone confirm the designer? I reviewed Gucci's S/S collection but cannot find it.
